Every box of Fluzone High-Dose Quadrivalent vaccine contains 10 single dose syringes, however, 10 syringes may be packaged in one of two different ways. Please see the document below for more detailed information around your Influenza shipment.

When you're viewing your "Influenza Dashboard", in the left rail you'll see the corresponding year noted above the reservation number. If you are adding doses to the current season's reservation, you will receive a calendar pop up showing the products that are available to ship immediately. You'll also be able to select your preferred shipping date for the available products.

Look for updates in the alerts section of your "Account Overview" page from the VaccineShop and Influenza teams. These will let you know when Influenza vaccines begin shipping immediately.

To confirm your Influenza reservation:

  • Click the "Influenza Vaccines" link in the header menu to go to your "Influenza Dashboard". 
  • Once the dashboard loads, look for the reservation number you want to review from the navigation menu on the left side of the page and click on it. If multiple reservations exist for the respective season, you may need to utilize the dropdown to find the reservation. Unconfirmed reservations will display a red, exclamation mark icon. 


NOTE: There may be more than one season of Influenza products displayed. The corresponding year will be noted above the reservation number(s).

  • The reservation you clicked will now populate the center of the dashboard.
  • Click the "Edit reservation" button.
  • VaccineShop will guide you step by step through confirming your reservation. If applicable, feel free to make any updates you need on products, doses, etc. Your reservation will be fully confirmed once all steps are completed and you click submit.


Once confirmed, your reservation on the dashboard will now show a check mark icon in green.

Ava, How do I reserve Influenza vaccines?

To update your receiving hours for Influenza reservations:

  • Click "Influenza Vaccines" in the main navigation to go to your "Influenza Dashboard".
  • Once the dashboard loads, Click one of your Influenza reservation numbers.
  • Click the "Edit reservation" button.
  • You can update your receiving hours on the "Verify Payment" step. The section you'll need is below your reservation contact on the right side of the page.
  • Click the edit icon and make any changes needed.
  • Click "Update" to save your changes.


You’ll need to repeat this process for all reservations that need updated receiving hours.
NOTE: updating your receiving hours will not change the product or quantities on your reservation.

To update your Influenza contact information:

  • Click "Influenza Vaccines" in the main navigation to go to your "Influenza Dashboard".
  • Once the dashboard loads, click one of your Influenza reservations.
  • Then click the "Edit reservation" button.
  • You can update your Influenza contact information on the "Verify Payment" step in the section labeled reservation contact on the right side of the page.
  • Click the edit icon, make any changes needed, then click Save to complete.


You will need to repeat this process for all reservations that need updated contact information.
NOTE: updating your contact information will not change the product or quantities on your reservation.

To review information about your Influenza reservation shipments:

  • Click "Influenza Vaccines" in the main navigation to go to your "Influenza Dashboard".
  • Once the dashboard loads, look for the reservation number you want to review from the navigation menu on the left side of the page and click on it. If multiple reservations exist for the respective season, utilize the dropdown to find the reservation.


NOTE: There may be more than one season of Influenza products displayed. The corresponding year will be noted above the reservation number.

  • Once you select the Influenza reservation to review, the shipment details will populate below the reservation in the center of the screen.
  • If you hover over the pie chart, further details will be provided on the status of your reservation. This information can also be downloaded into an excel spreadsheet. Look for the icons in the upper right corner of the dashboard.


If you need more historic data, you can also view your previous season shipping information at any time in the "Reports" section:

  • Click on "Reports" in the top navigation.
  • When the page loads, run the "Influenza Vaccines Report". This will give you information on Influenza reservations, shipping, tracking and lot information.

To opt-in for text alerts on your Influenza reservation:

  • Click "Influenza Vaccines" in the main navigation to go to your "Influenza Dashboard"
  • Once the dashboard loads, click one of your Influenza reservations.
  • Then click the "Edit reservation" button.
  • You can opt-in for text alerts on the "Verify Payment" step by clicking the Edit button next to the reservation contact section.
  • Enter a mobile number in the "Mobile" field to opt in. You may add up to three mobile numbers to receive text alerts.
  • Click "Save" to complete.


You can opt-out at any time by removing your mobile number from that reservation or by replying STOP.
NOTE: if you reply STOP, you will not be able to opt back into Sanofi text alerts for 30 days. This will apply to all test message alerts from Sanofi. Messaging rates may apply.

Resources

Recurring Reservation is the ability to enroll your account to have a future Influenza season reservation created automatically based on your previous Influenza season reservation. Once the Influenza season is open, you will be able to review and make any changes necessary and continue to confirm and submit your reservation

You can opt-in or out at any time in the "My Profile and Preference" section on the "Influenza Dashboard" section on the left side of the page.
