To reset your password:

- Look for the "Forgot username or password" link below the login fields and click it.
- On the reset page, enter the email address associated with your username in the second field, labeled "Reset password".
- Click "Continue".
Keep an eye on your inbox; we’ll send you an email with instructions on what to do next. If you don't receive anything within 30 minutes, reach out to our representatives at 1-800-VACCINE (1-800-822-2463). Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.

- When the page loads, you'll see a list of reports.
- Run the report that best fits your needs.
- You'll be able to customize the time frame before the report run.
